About the rarity
Rarity comes from two numbers: how many vehicles share the exact make, model and colour, and how many of those are also from the same year. A white Hilux scores in the tens of thousands and is common. A pink Outlander, a hand-painted Kombi or anything built before the war is special.
Only standard series plates (1AAA000 to the newest issued) are covered. Personalised plates, trailers on other series, and plates transferred to newer cars after the snapshot won't match.
